Just wanted to say Christian Ivan dealt with my issues tonight in a really friendly and efficient way. He was so lovely and made me feel comfortable, while also being very knowledgeable and solving my issue as quickly as possible. He really went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. He is a true asset to the team and made my day. Keep up the good work Christian!
