    <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely disgusted by o2 customer service team and this is coming from a o2 employee!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cancelled my contract within my cooling off period yet being charged for a device/airtime that I haven't got. When speaking to customer service they like to lie to me like I don't know the process than hang up the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instore are no better!! (Sheffield City)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ignoring me whilst I'm trying to address my issue to go and speak to his colleagues!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stay away from o2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The opening times are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saturday – 8am to 6pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunday – 9am to 6pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Persist with them, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5506495"&gt;@Momiddy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- this is a customer forum, not O2.
