      <title>O2 breaking the law.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A word of warning when you close your account with O2 about a clever scam. I proceeded to close my account with O2 of which O2 confirmed closure date by text only. I paid final bill however O2 reopened a new account and then closed it with a new closure date which then incurred a second final payment. After I received a text from O2 advising I owed money I was careful not to fall for a scam however' after contacting O2 a&amp;nbsp; member of staff assured me several times that no money oweing. O2 are now harassing me .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
