    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do not send it away just been conned and told my iPhone 14 Pro Face ID isn’t working so they will only offer £73 when the original offer was to pay off the remaining balance. iPhone was perfect sent back in original box and not a single mark on it. Clearly they don’t want to pay out so have damaged it deliberately. Please be extremely careful if it’s to good to be true it normally is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1950577"&gt;@Hawkester&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is why I will always tell people to do the SwitchUp in store, as everything is sorted there and your account is settled before you walk out..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most stores will even order the phone in for you, you just pay a deposit of £50...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is always a risk, that when any company tests the phone that there are faults and issues that occur in transit..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will be upto you to prove it wasnt faulty, so hope you have video or photographs, as its your word against theirs...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
