      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've cleared the balance of the account, my phone, yet my phone is still not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, you as a company have twice now cancelled my call to you!!&amp;nbsp; This is inadequate and extremely frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been a customer of yourselves for many years and this is the thanks I get???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want a response and my phone working asap, I am not pleased with your customer support at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel Phillips&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
