      <title>Frustrated with O2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a mare with O2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no service at all since Friday and cannot even receive incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 advise system error, nobody knows why nor can fix it. Instead I am told to wait up to 10 days for the outcome of an investigation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, customer service has been horrendous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
