When one is free, they pop-up on the shop part of the site. If its urgent the call or email O2.

hello can someone help, i want to start a contract but want to money to come out on the 1st or 2nd of every month so when should i order it

You can take out the contract anytime and ask for your preferred date for the DD.

Yes I changed mine on two occasions.....(with 2 different contracts) A date will be set...but you can request a change

When I click on the "Live Chat" option on the link provided by @jonsie or @Cleoriff, I do get what seems to be the normal response, in a new pop-up window:

I have not taken it to the next stage, as I have nothing I need to ask O2, so I assume it is working...

i dont think that there is one i think other members of o2 comment with answers can i cant seem to find one either and my phone is broken so i cant phone them to speak and my local o2 is to far to travel with my special needs child as i dont drive.
