      <title>UK Customer Services Uncontactable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am an o2 business customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have three numbers for o2 customer services and have never had a problem contacting them in 30 years as a customer of 02, previously BT Cellnet, but now, all calls to 02 are diverted to a call centre in the Phillipenes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have endured eleven torturous calls attempting to renew my sim only contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They don't understand me, I don't understand them, they cannot answer my queries, they demand information that is absolutely no concern of a phone company, and the 'UK' numbers I have been able to extract from them are all diverted back to the Phillipenes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at my wits end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's absolutely absurd that one of the largest communication companies in the world choses to make itself uncontactable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
