I always have to call them once a month to pay the bill because they are unable to take it from my account. I have been in your O2 shop seven times and I called you every month to set up a direct debit. Very disappointed in customer service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You posted in PAYG. Just to say O2 seem to have problems in collecting payments for PAYG accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are told they know about it, but O2 being O2 we have not seen a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
