      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else received a letter from o2 saying they are making changes and you can end you airtime plan early&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;without being charged the early termination fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contact o2 customer service to cancel my contract and of course they are denying knowledge of the letter and are saying I will need to pay the early termination fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been in to my local o2 store and the guys there have confirmed the letter is real but cannot make the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;o2 customer services understand I can terminate without charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The store told me to email complaints - I have done that and no one has responded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What an absolute joke, I suppose they will wait till after the 30days and then say I waited too long.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;o2's customer service is a Joke (except no one is laughing) they take hours to answer your call, when they answer they are unhelpful and have no knowledge.&amp;nbsp; What a shower of s**t&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
