Hello.

I have been trying to set up an existing data plan on my Apple Watch. However I get error code 30.

O2 customer services are absolutely no help. If they actually listen to my issue they reset something and tell me to wait 24 hours, and then spend up to 10 days investigating. No response on the complaints. Stuck in a loop with no help.

I know the data plan was removed from my previous watch. Could the previous owner have left their data plan on my watch and this is causing.

grasping at straws as o2 havent got a clue?

Thanks. However it doesn’t give me the option to move the existing plan and on the occasions it does, I get the error 30 again. 🤷‍♂️

thank you anyway. Those error codes are quite useful
