Hello. Just recieved a phone call telling me my number will be blocked and I am getting a new sim card in the post. I presume it is a scam but they seemed to know a bit more than the usual scammers.

Hello. The number was 44 1235 627 245/308/101. Last three digits differed each time. I have blocked all of them.

Thanks.

Definitely a scam, @reevesylfc. You've done the right thing. Hopefully you never gave them any information or read back a text code to them. They change their numbers faster than you can blink, so you may get called again. You just have to keep blocking them as they come in. Nothing else you can do.

Hello. I never passed any info to them. The last time they called they said that I needed to set up a discount account for my special rate. That just confirmed a scam to me.

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate it.
