I prefer to buy direct from the manufacturer

They all do monthly terms now

Then go sim only for a far better deal from the likes of USwitch

I thought it would be quicker ordering on line and colleting in store, next day. Phfffffff. what aload of rubbish. customer servies (phone call) customer servies chat online and sales team are less then helpful. i could have gone into a store and had things sorted quicker. Appalling service all round. Can I ask which is the best phone company to go with now?? as O2 is going down hill.

They are all going down the slippery slope.

But the best is the one that gives you good reception at home and where you frequent.

Try different networks out using payg sim cards and don't rely on maps
