Galaxy Buds Pro2 for £1 with upgrade

I upgraded my phone over three months ago with the above offer being available.

I have had two codes sent. Neither are valid. I have phoned, messaged and complained but to no avail. I feel like I am being ignored so that I will go away.

Any help would be appreciated.

It is really important that you copy and paste any codes, as one Community member had issues around a circle and whether it was a numeric zero, a capital "O" or a lower-case "o".

If you are copying and pasting, please also ensure that you don't inadvertently introduce a space either before or after the code.
