One of your email templates has a typo, making it seem like a phishing attempt.

"We've recevied your payment: all bars removed"

recevied = wrong spelling

O2 Payment Reminder <o2payments@s-email-o2.co.uk>

It looks like human error, god I bet you are fun at parties... And it doesn't look like a phishing attempt....
