Hi,

I have this morning received the text message below from O2;

"To make our network more reliable, we'll be starting essential works in your area from 8am on 11 Jan. This may affect your services for a while. We know this isn't ideal, but we aim to have you back online by 8pm on 01 May."

I'm hoping this is a typo, and I won't actually get degraded service for 4 months. My area is Teddington/Kingston.

How can I check if this end date is actually correct? Customer Services say they cannot help with this question.

Download the My Network app and register for updates

This should give you a regular update for any repairs

As you say, customer service have no way of knowing about mast upgrades and repairs
