Positive Feedback for Lavina

I was just on the phone with Lavina discussing an E-code issue. She was so helpful and lovely. I accidentally cut her off while she was wishing me a merry Christmas and I feel so bad. I unfortunately don’t have any information about her other than her name. I wanted to say that she’s doing a great job and that I wish her a merry Christmas too.
