      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like others I have read on here I am being threatened with sanctions for non payment even though bank statement proves it has gone out. Virtual assistant was useless and the numbers given to seek help either are “ not in service” or go through to another useless bot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
