      <title>Account problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the middle of October we have had problem with o2 to clear the balance ** numerous agent on 202 had told us this would be sorted. The pho was returned and has been confirmed as returned but &amp;nbsp;my bill still shows an outstanding payment. &amp;nbsp;We do have a complaint in since middle of October but no person has been in contact with us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
