      <title>Trapped at O2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to take my number to another provider for over a month however the PAC code provided has not worked. O2s customer service is practically nonexistent, I am overseas and time difference makes getting in contact difficult, and to top it off when I do they say they're too busy and just cut me off. I have now paid for over a month of service I do not want due to the lack of communication. To make matters worse, I have also been charged for travel packs at least 4 times when I have not used my phone once. This service is unacceptable and the fact that there is nowhere to complain is even more ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And it is worth a try..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only other option is to keep nagging o2 CS to provide a PAC Code...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And it would be useful to know why the new provider rejected the original PAC code...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
