CVV entry field not working on Google Chrome MacOS

For the past couple months when I click the CVV box to enter the code and complete my payment the whole browser directs to an error page. Must be a bug because it works just fine in Safari and can make my payment, but is mildly annoying and thought I'd report it.

It isn't just o2, its a lot of sites on both mac and windows, as unfortunately Chrome is not standards compliant in a lot of ways, have you turned on any of the new safety and security features in Chrome..

I would just use Safari or Edge (yes even on a Mac)
