    <description>&lt;P&gt;I know I'm not the first but I was scammed in August 23. Following a call from what I thought was O2 calling back about a contract change an iPhone 14 was sent out which I returned via Royal Mail to an O2 address which I later found out wasn't O2. I reported it cancelled everything and was assured the fraud team would be in touch, they haven't. I have contacted O2 customer service 8 times and 8 weeks later I'm still waiting for the fraud team to contact me. Today I received a Default notice. As others have posted this is really stressful, causing sleepless nights. Can anyone give me advise how to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Regretfully, as customers, there is nothing we can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fraud team work extremely slow on these things&amp;nbsp; I personally think they are overwhelmed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put in a complaint and then contact Resolver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Details of both are on this page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
