      <title>Split porting issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently joined o2 from lebara and ported my phone number over, however for the past 9 days now I have not been able to take any incoming calls or text from any other network. Moreover, my old number is still active on lebara and still receive text messages. I have spoken to o2 Cs almost everyday and keep getting different answers, mainly that they have passed it on to back team. However I have yet to receive an update or clear timeline on when the issue will be fixed. This is very frustrating for me&amp;nbsp; and I'm.thinking of switching back to lebara to maintain my number. Please can someone advise or help?.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted o2 customer services almost every day for the past week or so. I get the same reply each time that the issue has been passed on to back office team and that I will feedback within 24 to hours. However its been 10 days now and I'm still unable to receive incoming calls or texts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
