Hi all unfortunately I have fallen prey to a scam offering discounts and freebies, they have taken over my account and ordered an expensive phone and new contract, I have logged it with 02 who say the fraud team will investigate but i am really worried about any charges they will try to make, also a phone is supposedly being delivered to my address, should I refuse to accept delivery or take it and return it unopened
