      <title>Annoyed!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive been raising a fault since the end of July.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;On the 28th August, my complaint was escalated to CRT. I was told I’d hear within 5 days, I didn’t. I contacted again, was told to wait a couple of extra days as they were busy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I also sent an email direct to the complaint email they gave me, and I still haven’t had any response from them!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I email again so I’ve got a paper trail still? Call? I’m so fed up now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
