    <description>&lt;P&gt;Contacting customer support and trying to resolve any sort of issue with O2 is just infuriating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mostly automated replies, human advisors either don't care or are completely clueless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Complaints team don't reply to letters, or emails other than the standard wee will reply within 7 days. I'm still waiting 10 weeks later&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(7 phone calls , 5 emails, two store visits and two recorded delivery letters am I'm no further along)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suffice to say I've had enough, escalated it to the ombudsman and commencing a claim with the small court&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could have been easily resolved in a 10 min phone conversation or email If they had been interested&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can be grim, but to be honest on the rare occasion I have had no problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid that as this is a customer to customer forum no one from O2 will read your post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck with your move&lt;/P&gt;</description>
