    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a spam call recenlty, which I terminated, then I had a text message from O2 confirming my order had gone through. Then another confirming you'd added my out-of-bundle charges reduction.&amp;nbsp; Tried three times to get through on 202, but got cut off each time, after holding on for four or five minutes. Today I have a text message saying my credit note is ready to view. WHAT IS GOING ON?? Has soe accessed my account, or was this a mistake your end that you've rectified? I'm very confused and a little concerned!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
