    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few months ago I left O2 and joined Virgin Media. &amp;nbsp;I have just received confirmation that my account has been returned to O2 services. &amp;nbsp;When I log in online the website tells me to choose a username/email address. &amp;nbsp;At present my email address is still connected to my closed account and I want to know how best to approach this but could not find a way to contact customer services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
