      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a microsecond away from ditching O2 ..... helplines are absolutely useless, unable to book a call because software won't allow entry of date / time, O2 shop staff unable to answer question, unable even to make a complaint.&amp;nbsp; I have never come across a more hostile organisation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
