Sorry to drag this out again, have been in touch with 02/Samsung last few weeks after awaiting a promotional code, have been assured that the promotional items will be sent direct & arrive within 3 working days! Was told the 512gb phone was not included in offer, with numerous screenshots I questioned that answer, much going backwards & forwards! I await to see if it’s resolved!

All was very efficient whilst upgrading and I certainly wouldn’t have proceeded without air buds offer!

Well finally I received the promo code, only for it to be flagged as expired! I then tried on my iPad with exactly same info and it went through! Don’t know how many hours I’ve wasted the last few weeks! Should receive tomorrow!
