    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have been switched from virgin media to O2 , I have lost 48 GB data allowance that I had the price has gone from £6 to £9.50 and since the changeover I have had no signal at all apart from being able to get the O2 app to work I have had no luck .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to one of there call centre guys and they said it would be up and running in 24 hours , 23hrs have past fingers crossed. But not expecting a much .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll have to persevere with customer service if your issue isn't resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Virgin Media: 150 from a landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.&lt;BR /&gt;O2: 202 from your O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
