On o2 you are supposed to have an option to chat about an issue. But when you click virtual assistant you are put through to the community Can this fault be reported as its impossible to get through on the phone

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

it is by design as if agents are busy then it will put you through to the community and to be fair you will get a better answer on here than live chat
