      <title>Poor network coverage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For months now I have had no network either phone or data. I have 2 contracts with 02 and I cannot find how to speak to someone other than a virtual chat. I have reported issue. I am really disappointed with 02 currently nobody can contact us and we cannot always check up on elderly parents&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all I keep getting g is the signal is busy in the area or there are technical issues… 02 you need to sort it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;virtual chat gives me a link to chat to a “real person” I click on it and it takes me to the Apple Store… very poor service and expensive contracts&lt;/P&gt;</description>
