topic Online Games on PAYG in Discussions & Feedback

Hi I am new to O2 PAYG and testing the network before committing to a pay monthly Sim. I have noticed when playing online games that some disconnect when getting a text and responding while playing especially when playing Golf Clash In London and on the overground. The signal drops to 3G and then the annoying balance alerts pop up and games disconnect for about 10-15seconds. I want to know that if I had a pay monthly sim with Wi-Fi - 4g calling turned on would the same thing happen when texts or calls are received while playing the games. Or would the games stay connected during calls and texts. Thank you and hope someone can understand my question.

Thanks for replying. On Vodafone it very rarely happened but then again that was a pay monthly tariff with 4g and Wi-Fi calling.
