      <description>&lt;P&gt;O2!!! Your customer service is absolutely unacceptable! I am trying to get through to your call center - 3 days no one is picking up!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday 60 minutes, today already 60 mites, day before yesterday 90 minutes!!! What a joke! No information about delays whatsoever! How disrespectful!&amp;nbsp; Vodafone, they offer call backs or inform of delays - no issue - you treat people like that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is so disrespectful!! Not sure if I want to join your network! This is the worse I have ever experienced!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes I tried&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;0344 8090222. In my 4th call, got hold of an agent in around 30 mins wait. Upon a simple question, he asked me to hold&amp;nbsp; and he never came back and the line was dropped in 54 mins. Very bad service , I must say . &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It seems the call center is somewhere out of the UK&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
