Battery charge time changing

Plug in Samsung galaxy S20 5g to charge and says full charge in for example 1hr 10m. After a few seconds, it changes to something like full charge in 3hr 45m. Have changed cable and tried different sockets, enabled fast charge on phone etc but nothing works. Any ideas?

You really need to ring Samsung https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

My Note 10 does the same. I take the charger out and push it in more forcefully and then it always goes to fast charge.

Run a diagnostic in Samsung Members App by choosing the Support Icon bottom right

From there you can check the state of your battery.
