I don't think retail staff get enough kudos for doing their job well so I just wanted to say that I visited the Bournemouth Store yesterday and the 2 staff members I saw, Ben and the manager (I can't remember her name 😔), were bloody brilliant! Super helpful not pushy or "salesy" just honest and realistic which was so refreshing. I was dreading getting a new phone and the made the experience easy and painless and they deserve recognition for still smiling on a hot, sticky Sunday afternoon
