Hi everyone, i have a few questions about O2 switch up, how does exactly work?

Will i get a new phone once i get into the shop and return mine? Or do i have to wait for a few days? Am i required to leave my phone in the shop first and will i get my new one later or right there on the spot? Thank you.

You walk away with a new phone provided your old phone meets the requirements.

A soft credit / affordability check is done but no one has reported ever being denied.

From recent experience, you give them your current phone, and wipe it once they say its ok, and you walk out with the new phone..

I still can't help but think programmes like this, apple upgrade too, are a bit of a waste of money. You spend all that cash to then trade the device in and your payments.
