    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a reconditioned/like new phone as an upgrade. Opened it on the 14th April and the condition did not meet the O2 guidance as had a lot of scratches &amp;amp; chips.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Immediately resealed it back in he box and contacted O2 and told them I was not happy and wanted to have it replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 weeks later, 5 calls later, endless time on hold, told each time a Jiffy bag would be sent then a replacement can be sent, coming up to the 2nd bill for a handset I have not even turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a clue what is happening and don’t know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sent an email complaining a few days ago but this has to be the worst customer service I have dealt with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have been with O2 for years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
