Hi all,

Wanted to see if anyone else has issues with mobile data in London Bridge, outside the rail station?

Raised this with O2 months back, they’ve stopped giving me updates. I have full bars, calls are fine, but data will not work on either 4/5G.

Am aware it’s a busy area, but even when it’s died down, no improvements.

On an iPhone 13 Pro if that matters? Not sure if the lovely Android users out there are fairing any better.

Take a look at this, @Safwan - and set it up (it needs a different username and password from your normal MyO2 or Community Forum credential): https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Or try a separate app, like Network Cell Info Lite, which can be set up to continuously monitor and report areas of poor or no signal back to a central monitoring organisation.

Also in your case you could be hitting a busy cell or area, sometimes knocking your phone down from 5G or 4G to 3G can get you a bit more download speed.

Guides here: <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?" id="Guide018"></LI-PRODUCT> and <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? Although if you bought you iPhone in the US, as they shut-down 3G not long back, there is a chance that the 3G capability has indeed been removed.

EE still have 3G on their network in Norfolk anyway. I'm currently there on holiday using my PC with a dongle which has a EE 3G data sim in it. If honest, this PC is just as fast as when I'm at home using Sky Wifi. Also using 4G on my mobile 😂

(Norfolk is pretty notorious for having limited data speeds.)
