Positive staff feedback - Nitin

Hey, I'm trying to find a place to leave positive feedback for an assistant who helped me upgrade on the phone. His name is Nitin, I can't praise him enough, he was extremely patient and helpful, he had system issues and apologised for this numerous times and even offered to call me back twice - which he did. He was very friendly and polite and straight to the point which I liked. I've worked in a contact centre myself before so I know how it can be at times and he handled everything perfectly. He's definitely now one of the reasons I'm happy choosing to upgrade with o2 and I hope him and his managers see this. Thank you Nitin, I wish you all the best.

Hi! I'd also like to provide positive feedback for Rufus who works in the O2 store in Norwich. He did a fantastic job but I'm not sure how to make sure the feedback gets to him and his manager. Can you help?
