      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you ever come across such a bunch of incompetents as O2? I’ve been trying to pay off my device plan. I was put through to 3 different departments on the phone, and I couldn’t pay it off on the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t wait to join Sky mobile. Their customer service is second to none. As for this shower, O 2, I say good riddance. Their prices are a joke and the customer service is useless!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4794271"&gt;@Ronnie1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky's customer service can be worse than o2's., one of the reasons my Mother in Law got rid of Sky was there rubbish Customer Service&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The reason you cant pay it off online, is that it is a CCA and all requests to do with that have to be done on the phone..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you think you can do better, then have a look at o2's career site, as they are always recruiting Customer Service's staff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
