I was falsely told that I could upgrade my phone and not have to pay the remaining balence it would be covered by 02 but when I got the link for the upgrade it sead I had to pay the balence upfront but I was told by the caller from 02 I wouldn't have to pay upfront payment or bolence on my current phone as I only have a few months left and they would waver it lied to its not on should listen to call recording then they would see that

I doubt it was O2 who called you.

Usually a so called trusted partner after your business.

Best to ignore cold calls completely and contact O2 yourself.

I have been on the phone to 02 was defiantly them they sead I was misinformed am wating for call back from another customer another representetiv at moment will see what happens???
