I’ve had my contract for about three years now and moved to a new area a year ago .
Everybody I know who has a Mobile phone and Internet access has no trouble in my area whatsoever, but O2 has been nothing but trouble ,I keep losing signal. It was lost completely for two weeks while they were carrying out work on the mast and I thought maybe that will be the end of it ..zBut no Today I’ve lost signal again, I’m being told that I won’t be connected until tomorrow. I’m so sick of it that I am going to move from O2 as soon as possible. I’m getting a substandard service and I get no discount when I’m not able to get a signal . I can get a much better deal somewhere else and will do as soon as I’m out of this contract , very poor service by O2 .

Make sure you try PAYG sims from other networks first to find which is best for your location. Don't rely on coverage maps.
