      <title>New customer with issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Good evening O2 forum member. Right where do I start. I took out a Sim only plan for my son today with no issues at all at £10p/m. I then thought if my own contract currently through EE was getting costly to what O2 could provide. So decided to switch to O2 which was a difficult decision as I was a customer with EE since 2001. When I put my request in with EE, getting my PAC could,. proceeded to sign upto a Sim only on O2. At the last point it failed for an unknown reason. I then spoke to them in the phone for nearly an hour to then getting cut off. A call back to then be told failed a credit check and ring tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Now I'm really regretting cancelling my contract with EE at a cost to myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
