Unfortunately Aerial Direct are a "trusted partner" of O2 - treat them as suspect, as unsuspecting customers have been sold an upgrade to a business tariff, and have been quoted tariff prices "without VAT", ending up with a phone and tariff that is 20% more per month than they expected, @Googu.

If you want to upgrade, reach out to O2 directly, via shop or website, or try one of the third-parties, like Mobile Phones Direct or Affordable mobiles, if the offer suits your pocket and O2 Refresh, only available from O2 direct, is not important. Good luck.
