      <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely fed up of this network, its been like this well over a year. I am paying nearly £70 per month. iPhone 12 Pro Max.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 4G/5G network is horrendous, worse when in busy areas, big cities etc. I was at a Rugby match in Leeds, no internet whatsoever.&amp;nbsp; I live in WF1, signal here is shocking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mate was next to me, he is on Vodafone, no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something needs to be done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, switching to 3G (or 2G/3G on some Android versions) helps immensely, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4676062"&gt;@Dazza75&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, Community Guidance is all in the link just below, sometimes logging the fault where you are, which only takes a minute, online or with the O2 app, can get better results than launching a broadside on a Community (note, &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; O2!)
