S21 vs pixel 6

Hi all I just got the s21 and the pixel 6 delelived I will be trying both phones and send one back but the question is what one would u try first I picked up the pixel cos it had a glass back and no a plastic one on the s21 so I'm unsure what to try first any ideas guys thank you

Been looking at reviews and pixel is a nicer phone as I like stock android and not a fan of bloatware can I try both and still return tho as I'm unsure if I can or not
