No Signal / poor signal Paignton Devon

Several weeks ago the signal in areas of Paignton & Torbay became so bad I was unable to make / receive phone calls / texts .
This is still happening .
What is the point in paying for a mobile phone when I can t use it ?
Does anyone know when this is likely to be sorted please ? Can I cancel my contract as 02 are not providing what I pay for ? Thanks

If I cam t get the service , who am I paying for it . Pretty rubbish customer service is nt it ! If my phone was needed in an emergency I’d be well stuffed would nt I . Clearly time to move providers . It’s been going on weeks
