S21 Promotion - 02Recycle

Hoping someone can help. I've just upgraded and S20 5G to an \S21 Ultra and there is an offer of an extra £150 when your trade your old phone via 02recycle.

I've tried to enter my order no into the promo/voucher code and I'm getting the message that the code isn't valid. Sadly customer services weren't able to help and suggested i contact 02recycle on Monday.

Has anyone else had this issue and/or does anyone have any advice?

Sometimes takes a few days of using the phone for the system to register it, but if not, call back and see if you can get more help from someone who can be more bothered than the last prson you spoke to.

Also, you need to use the full order number starting ms-********
